House Concert FAQ

What is a house concert?

A house concert is a great way to enjoy independent singer-songwriters and small groups who perform acoustically; a chance to experience music in a warm and intimate environment. A house concert is when someone opens up their home and invites you into their living room to share in a performance by one of their favorite musicians. It’s a chance for you to meet the performers, support their projects, get them to sign your CD. A house concert is a great social evening for friends and neighbors.

Why would anyone host a house concert?

We open our home to our friends and neighbors to share great music with them in a close and friendly environment. These events allow us to give exposure to talented musicians we believe in and want to promote.

How does it work?

Guests make a suggested donation of $20-$40 to reserve a seat in the house. 100% of the money received for these reservations goes to the performers. Space is limited to about 50 seats per concert. Reservations/RSVPs are required to reserve your seat.
